What This Site Is
Durham Garage Door Repair Pros is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local garage door companies. We don't perform repairs or installations, and we don't employ the technicians.
Any work, price and warranty are agreed between you and the company you choose.
What We Collect
When you send the form, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the problem you pick and any note you add. We also note which page you sent it from.
Phone calls to our number may be routed through a call tracking service, which records the time, length and calling number, and may record the call for quality. You'll hear a notice if a call is recorded.
We use privacy friendly website analytics that count visits without cookies or personal profiles.
How We Use It
We send your request to one garage door company that covers your area so they can call you. That company may pay us a fee for the referral. We don't sell your details to anyone else, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
We keep requests for as long as we need them to run the service and handle any questions, then delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to delete your details by calling (919) 555-0136. Once a company has your request, you can also ask them directly.
Prices and Advice
Prices on this site are typical ranges from many markets, not quotes or offers. Repair advice is general information. Springs, cables and other parts under tension are dangerous, and we always recommend a trained technician for that work.
Terms
By using this site you agree that we're not responsible for work done by the companies we refer you to. Check any company's licensing, insurance and reviews before hiring them. North Carolina law applies to these terms.
